Synopsis:

During the Northern and Southern dynasties, the people were being ravaged by beasts so they began cultivating as a means of self-protection. Four young heroes begin on a journey towards awakening. Lu Ping and Su Tang are orphans. The Zhaifeng Martial Arts School took them in when they were young and they became good friends with Mo Lin and Yan Xi Fan. The four make a pact to become one of the awakened, thus starting on a path where they will face many different opponents to achieve their goal.
